If the H dozen't have a live pump on it, or a two point hitch on it the ferguson may be the better deal even thought the H has a very good price on it. I think the ferguson has a two point hitch with a top link for that model an you sometimes need a hitch like that for newer equipment. The older pull behing like the H's are getting hader to find now days. Even though I'm red to the bone ferguson is a nice tractor, if I were to buy an different tractor that IH it would be a ferguson. Now if it were me Id buy both an have all kinds of fun, but most peoples pocket book forbids that for sure :o)
