questions from a beginner????

I need a small tractor to cut a pasture and has been hard to find.
I know of a 1957 Farmall 100 that has been reconditioned---repaintedand new tires and looks like new, Askng pric is 2800.00---I would like to know what his tractor can do?? I believe it is a single hitch.
Does anyone know if it has any hydraulics??
What size mower can it handle??? Would appreciate any help. Regards, Ron
