What do you do about the other terminal? 1 terminal has to have switched power to it to
excite. Do you disconnect that wire when you shut the tractor off? If you don't I would think it would drain the battery. Anyhow you guys make it
sound like I'm trying to rip everybody off. I'm
just a lowly counterman and I don't make any extra money whether someone buys an alternator or not. I just figured that a lot of people look for a source for 1 wire alternators and it is pretty easy to find a NAPA store, so I just thought I would pass the info along.
