I tried to email you, but your email address was hidden. What you probably have is an Elenco 4wd conversion kit on that tractor. The remains of the Elenco company was bought several years ago by Tony Jacobs. He hangs around the Ford board but posts infrequently. If you go to the Ford discussion board (not the Ford 9N, 2N, 8N board), and type "tony jacobs" in the archive search box, you should find some posts from him that will contain his email address. He sells replacement parts for that system and seems to be the guy who knows the most about it. Good Luck.
