AC 190 XT

Before quiting it acted like the engine was seizing up; but after it would quit it would still turn over just fine but not start. We replaced the head gasket...We can't get it started. The fuel pump is pumping but we don't know how much it's suppost to be. We have worked on it and worked on it to get air out of the line but it still won't start????????????Help please.
