I enjoyed the horse pulls at the Eastern Washington State Fair when I lived in Spokane. I visited with some of the guys who pulled and many of them used their teams pulling logs out of the timber One of them claimed to make more clear money in a day than when he used a cat to pull them out with. The Pacific is nice the year round in my opinion But I agree the fall is exceptional.
