I can tell ya how mine is on my M.I have the tail wheel removed,same problems youre having,guess its the type of wheel or something.I have collars on my cylinders to keep it at a certain height,adjusted the center link so that the rear of the brush hog is a little higher than the front.Also with the wheel off,I can back into some of the places I keep cut without worrying about knocking it off or bending it.My feild is pretty flat with some hilly terrain but thats no big deal on my place.
