I'm not sure what your asking, but this is basically how I deal with fluids in a tire: You can get a piece of tubeing that fits over the valve stem of the tire, remove the core and drain the calcium chloride into a tub, buckets, etc and remove as much as possible. There will be a little left in there but that's OK. Then you remove the tire as you normally would. After remounting the tire you can purchase an adapter at TSC or etc farm supply store to refill the wheel/tire with fluids of your choice. You can reuse the calcium chloride you previously drained out if you want to. Hope this helps.
