Gleen is correct. You need the correct drivers for your video card. If it's GW w/233 your video card is hopefully the one that came with the system, when new, then you should be able to access the GW tech suport folks via their webpage and download the latest and greatest video driver you have. The top of the GW webpage will allow you to search for the exact drivers you need. Type in your serial number and it will list everything that came shipped with your PC. It will allow you to see, for free, your video card and there is a tab to take you to the drivers page for the video card you have. The download may take some time if you're using a dial up modem. Down load it and install it. Reboot your PC and then setup your video card settings. Your card will only be handle 16bit at and least display it in 800 X 600. Video cards of that time should have no problem handling these settings. Save the changes and you should be good to go.
