Stan you did not say where you are located but there are companies around that specialize in picture restoration. Generally they retake a digital photograph by camera or scanner and are able to electronically clean it up, and then reprint a new copy. I assume most of your older photos are black and white so it might be easier or less expensive than color prints. Also check your local office supply chain like Staples or Kinkos. The copiers they have are state of the art and you might find a simple copy will make the photos look much better at a fraction of the cost. I saw some black and white copies recently and they looked pretty good. The woman having it done was also printing multiple copies on the same sheet to share with family members too and it was costing her around $1.25 per sheet. Since you have a computer, you may be able to do much of this yourself with a decent camera or a scanner and a good photo shop type program. Check you local library for books on the subject or a local technical college that may offer a class on the subject. A local photo shop could help you get started as well by offering advice or even classes. Good luck.

After some research of convert or not, I decided to go ahead, the main reason being that this tractor was a working tractor, not a show tractor (yet). I did keep everything I replaced for the day I do want to restore her to showroom condition.
