I do not know what a 2426QT is but I had a IH 1850 on my 574 and it has worked beautifully with anything. But just don't abuse of the front axle, the 574 has some weakness on the power steering, axle extension and spindle. By comparison the 574 axle extension/spindle is just slightly larger than one used on a Ford 8N. I had two 574 (row crop front axle) and in 17 years I have broken 13 spindles on the one equiped with the loader and zero on the other one, without loader. Axle extension/spindle of row crop front axle are longer (and consequently weaker) than those used on utility front axle. If you have the chance to own a 574 with a utility front axle, you should not have any problem using the loader, with a minimum of care. Rlach
