You need a thermostat (or a restictor). Without it the coolant can flow to fast to cool-don't spend enough time in the radiator. The bulb end of the thermostat goes toward the engine-the pointed end toward the radiator hose. Beyond that check that you can see through the fins of the radiator-if you can't, clean it out. Is there corrosion in the tubes? If so you may need to remove it and have it boiled out. With the lower radiator hose off, start adding water to the radiator. If you can fill the tank faster than the water is coming out the bottom it is restricted. If you are pushing pressure out the radiator cap maybe you have a head gasket leaking compression into the cooling system. Is the tractor running hot?
