Ebay has an email address that you can do a direct :fwd to and they will examine and report bogus web sites that are attempting to defraud Ebay users. To contact Ebay with a suspect email that "looks" like it came form Ebay but may not be real just forward the entire unaltered message to: spoof@ebay.com My experience with reporting "Spoof" messages to them has been that an automated message is received within a few minutes acknowledging your report and a second message arriving within a few days from the member of the investigations team who acted on your report.
