Don't know much about these scams other than what I have read here. But the one sure way to protect yourself from scams from over seas is to deal in CASH ONLY. That way you don't have to be a middle man or use a money wire to a Western Union or something. If you use the Western Union don't accept any more money than you want for the truck. If you do these things than I can't see how you can be scammed.
