Some will (have, actually) suggested using antifreeze. There are a couple things wrong with that. 1. New stuff is way expensive. 2. Used stuff has the corosion inhibitors used up and will be corosive anyhow. 3. Antifreeze is lighter than water. Calcuim Cloride is a salt that mixes with water & becomes heavier than water, so you get a lot more bang for the buck with CC. The choice is yours, but I would always use CC. A properly installed tire shouldn't be leaking, and if you get a little spary when filling or testing, flush with a gallon of water & the rim will oulast you. --->Paul
