Ck for loose flywheel like other post said. Sometimes if they were run loose too moch the splines wear and you cant keep them tight . If it is a rod you can take out shims as needed. I would seek your uncles advice. If he doesnt know the answer Im sure he has friends that would be glad to help. Good luck.
