A friend of mine has an old H. It does the same thing and every now and then it doesn't want to start. Every time i get involved and end up spraying wd40 in the dist cap and all the symptoms of fuel problems go away. The tractor runs fine until you get it under a hard load then it starts sputtering and looses all it rpms. It only takes a second to spray a water displacer in the distributor cap to see if this is what is happening to you.
