CNH compacts are now assembled in Ga. Utility's and mediums up to 150hp in UK and other parts of Europe. Everything in the 150+ range is assembled in US. Components are sourced from around the world. The B100 should be a good tractor, based on the 10 series. A legend in my opinion. The B's are quite basic with 8x2 tranny's. Made to compete with Kubota as a cheap second tractor idea, without all the features, but they still have good hydraulics, engines, etc. B100 would be a derated 7610, with 8x2 or 16x4 trans. and genesis engine. Also has revised styling. If I was going used, I would take a 7710 over a 7610. 77 is a flat deck, with floor mounted shift, instead of the column mounted "rubics cube" on the 7610. I also think you would find the B100 quite comparable in price with the Masseys. I don't know anything about Mahindra's, but the Zetors and Belarus are poor. Bad casting on both, and very poor engine on the Zetor. No life. Belarus engine, probably more reliable, good on fuel, and can lug very well, but a crude crude tractor. Just my opinion. Happy searching. Rod

From the engine number, it was found that this Major was produced late 1946. It was almost complete but had various parts that would definitely need replacing.
