take the top off your mag coil. cut the wire going from your coil to the condenser. cut it "clean" and cover it if possible. put he top back on the mag. mount a coil anywhere it is handy. i made a small bracket and put it between the oil filter and mag. run your wire from the switch to the coil an dfrom coil to the terminal on the outside of your mag. you will need to either buy a coil with internal resister or put one between your switch and coil to get the current back to 6v. have a setup like this that was done about 30 years ago and still works liek a top. wade
