I have been well pleased with the Spectracide brand. Available at department stores and the like, in a green and yellow can. It has the fastest knockdown power of any non-commercial spray I've found, and is better then many of the commercial ones. Cheap too, and the can sprays well. Consider too making an escape cone out of some screen material. So that those in the nest can escape, but can't get back in. It's far easier to kill them when they are clustered around the opening then when they are well back into the wall.
