very worth going to make sure you have more than 1 day to catch everything! It starts on Wed and every one pulls out on Sun. The show is off US27 about 1/2 mile ask any one in town they all know where it is. There are signs everywhere also. Cockshut is the feature tractor this year and John Deere is next year. There is probally 100 tractors there today at noon I was there to check on our tractor that we display. Again this is one of the best shows around they say it is the 2nd or 3rd largest in the world.

Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for £200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard. From the engine number, it was found that this Major was produced late 1946. It was almost complete but had various parts that would definitely need replacing.
