An M will handle the planter, but struggle with the disc, and won't touch 4-16's in hardly any ground. A 560 or 656 will also be undersized for 4-16's but handle the other implements. You may consider downsizing to 3-16's and go with a 560 or 656, but you can upsize to a 706 or 756 for the same money or less than the others, and that will handle all your implements. Also by going diesel, you will cut your fuel costs considerably. The M is a wonderful old tractor, but it is just asking too much for it to do the job of the newer, bigger models. Hydraulics and live pto is another thing that will be worth the extra investment if you plan on working the tractor.
