ALWAYS ALWAYS on the older Fords install an over running clutch between the PTO shaft and the mower. You have no stopping control without it and if you force it with the brakes you can twist off the PTO shaft inside the tractor. The tractor and bush hog mower or flail mower on the back is an unsafe combination without the over running clutch. Gerald
