Landtrac/Farmtrac 300 DTC

Does anyone have anything positive or negative to say about these tractors. I have been looking at used Kubotas and Deere's, then came across a Farmtrac 300 DTC new for the same price. The model I am looking at is the manual shuttle shift model with a woods quickattach loader. It will be used as I build a new house on 44 acres I just purchased. Mainly moving logs (log home), landscaping, and very light excavation. Lastly, as I am in western NY, any comments on cold weather use would be great too. If you could, please reply directly to email, as I don't get online often. Thank you very much for any information that you can provide
