I have been searching for about 15 years for the 1950 John Deere "A" that my father once owned. I have a serial #, 656453, and lots of identifying features. I have advertised locally in the Michigan area where the tractor was last known to be. I have advertised in Green Magazine, Two-Cylinder, and on many internet sites. My son wrote an article about my search that was published in the August 2000 issue of Green Magazine.You will have to be patient; I am optimistic that one day I will find the "A".
