Rare Hart Parr?

About ten years ago my father purchased a 22-40 Hart Parr true four cylinder aparantly it is very rare because every time I tall a serious collector about it they say there is no such thing as a four cylinder Hart Parr. All I know about it is it was produced between 1922 and 1927 and only about 200 four cylinders were made and a substantial number of those engines were used as power plants and not on tractors.
