Might check angle of disc gangs and might need to add weight to the harrow. New harrows are usually built lighter than the older ones are. The draft may also be to sensitive and is lifting disc. On the Long there should be a wedge mounted on the right side of the toplink bracket that can be flipped over to lock out and keep the large u shaped spring from operating draft. Hope this helps.
