David, I just got through making my 515 usable again. I replaced the sickle, some guards, and 10 ledger plates(they were a pain in the #!$). I had no trouble at all finding these parts. All of the local Ford/New Holland dealerships carried them. I don't know if you just bought the mower or if not, how long you've own it. But be sure that the knife drive upper bearing is repacked with new grease. The manual calls for repacking every 100 hours of use. Unless you have a manual or someone had someone tell them about it, nobody seems to be aware of this. Like I said before, be sure and do this becuase even though new drive(or gear or bearing, or whatever you want to call them) boxes are still available, they cost around $1500. Ouch!!!! If you need more info on the on this or anything else about the mower or if you want the names and phone #'s of the dealerships that I got my parts at just e-mail, I'd be glad to help. Casey
