ALFA is not a division of FB. The Alabama Farmers Federation some how broke away and created ALFA. FB had to stay out of the state of AL for a certin number of years. The time is now up and FB is having a hard time trying to come back into the state of AL. This may get me shot but my wife is an agent for ALFA. Price increase and lack of service from FB if I rember correctly.
