Hey anybody,I just bought a JC PENNEY GRASS HANDLER lawn tractor with a Briggs 14 horse twin engine double bagger at a yard sale. It has two grass shoots and looks to be in great shape but wont start. Seems to be a starter problem that can be fixed. Problem is,I cant find any info on the net as to its value, original price or info. Looks like a solid mower but I would like to know a little about it. Can anyone tell me where I might find some info on this mower or what I might have gotten myself into ? Any info would be greatly appriciated... Thanx
