Dave,
EAE6015-J, is a raised casting code found on the right side of the block below the distributor. That casting code identifies the block as a Red Tiger 134 cu.in. overhead valve.

Linked below you'll find a site with all the answers to questions, you haven't even thought of yet. That site will also address the location of the serial number.

You say you have good spark, will the spark jump a 3/8 inch gap? Is the firing order correct, 1243 CCW? Do you have #1 cylinder, comming to top dead center, when the rotor in the distributor lines up with #1 spark plug wire.

If those spark plugs were wet fouled (flooded) they are not going to fire. New additives in today's gas, once flooded won't start.

Are you getting gas at the carburator? Have you pulled the plug in the bottom of the carbutor and watched a steady stream pith out?

Did you happen to clean and refill the oilbath air filter? I hope you did not over fill it. Any extra oil in the air filter will act as a choke and cause flooding. You did get the proper weight oil in the filter? Same effect if too heavy an oil in the filter.

Conversly, if you have manifold air leaks you'll be running too lean to fire.
