A 38 B should have a draw bar that is about 2 inches wide and an inch thick about 3 foot long with a couple adjusting holes for the usable length on th e pull end there should be an offset .{ so when turned over will raise or lower the pin height } there will be a square frome where it slides into for swing left or right .
