You have ran into a problem that is common today with Sears. When a product gets so old all information falls out of their system and all the new bred of [service people]says is its not in the computer end of story. A lot of prouducts that we {Sears} sold the manfurature has went out of business or lost in the crowd. In the early years till about the 80's the sources did not change much infact some companies prouduction was for Sears very little for others. Today that has changed but they still do not change sources on big ticket items each year it would be to expense and to hard to control. My information comes from being employed for 34 by Sears MLD
