Terry,
I live in town and I insured my 46 Farmall H with a company called Tri-State Insurance. I got some fairly high liability limits, towing, and a few other things for $57 per year. With this policy, the tractor is covered during loading and unloading. The only drawbacks to this company seems to be that they only insure in a handful of states and the tractor cannot be used for farming - just parades and shows and stuff like that.
