This is a little off topic but weeds are a subject near and dear to us all so I thought I'd post my .02 on the subject. Some have stated that "WalMart's" brand is weaker than the name brand. I did a "survey" of Walmart, Lowes, TSC and my local feed store. The product known as "Round up" contains one active ingrediant, "Glyphosate".(for short) I found this ingrediant in concentrates for a few thru 120 gallons of product. The % quantity of Glyphosate varied per container depending on quantity to be prepared. The % to mix varies depending on type of plant to be treated. X% of glyphosate will make X# gallons of product whether that product is brand name, "generic" or store brand. The only difference I can see is that The others cost something like 1/2 the $$ of "round up." Oh. The other has killed my weeds just fine. Just my .02. Have at it fellers.
