I am the fella that Old Timer is talking about. I very rarely sell anything from my collection so I am not a professional salesman. You won't see this tractor for sale later for a higher price because I just returned home from Louisville, Ky. where I met the gentleman from Mississippi and loaded it into the back of his pickup. If Old timer had given me the right phone number the first time he would be the proud new owner of this tractor ( photo ad #46459 ). The very next email I opened after trying to reach Oldtimer by phone was the man from Mississippi. He bought the tractor and phoned almost every day. When he reached the agreed upon meeting point in Louisville he phoned me to tell me he was there. Since I had to work until 7 am on the day we agreed to meet I did not get as early a start as he did, when I talked to him I was still 40 miles from the meeting point but he told me not to hurry just get there safely. I am sure Oldtimer is a fine gentleman also. But I gave my word to the man from Mississippi and I stood by it. I know it is frustrating,I have just missed on tractors before too.
