I read an article in "Farm Show" sometime in the last year or so that had a story on a company that sells adaptors to convert Belarus starters to Delco. The article stated that the original starters are unreliable. I think they were in Texas but I looked thru some back issues and I couldn't find it. You might want to do a search on their website. {www.farmshow.com} Hope this helps.
