Mary, I can't help you but I will tell you that my bride to be and myself came to the wedding on a john deere 1951 "R". We were married on the front lawn where I was living and where we now live. I am a punctual person so as the time approaches I go to start the old tractor and my bride wonders where in the heck I am. She hears the sound of the starting motor whining and comes to tell me that it is time for the wedding and not to be messing with my tractors. Of course my plan was to enter the scene on the tractor, stop and walk up beside her. Now with her at the barn with me and not enough time for her to get to the front yard so I can enter, plan B goes into effect. We both come from the barn to the front yard, turn off the road,( but before we do people are backing down the road because I am not stopping or giving them any room) down a little ditch and by less than 2 inches miss the corner post to the pasture fence. We arrived about 10 seconds early and what a wonderful day it was and has been ever since. Bud
