Dan; I have a SMTA and I also wanted to add a remote + power steering. What I was informed that the way to do this was to put on a double valve set up. Because I also added power steering I had to re-plumb the hydraulics with the pressure line going to a flow priority valve, the small port goes to the double valve inlet and the double valve outlet to the presure inlet on the tank. I then ran new hoses to the 2-point hitch and my remote off of the new double valve. The return line goes directly to the pump. The laarge outlet port from the flow priority valve goes to the power steering motor and the outlet from the power steering ties into the return line to the pump. With it plumbed this way the Lift-All lever is left in the forward position. It works great and the power steering was a great addition. If you would like I will take some photos of it and e-mail them to you. Good Luck! Ernie Bob

Now my grandfather had had this mule since the mid 40's and he was getting some age on him. S
