Glad you found the problem and it was an easy fix. Since I let a fuel pump freeze and burst several years ago I ALWAYS change my fuel filter in the fall whether it needs it or not. The $8 filter is much cheaper than the repair (at that time it cost $499 to repair the pump not counting time and labor). I strongly recommend that you change your fuel filters each fall or early winter.
