I get about 30 of these SCAMS a week. We raise purebred Arabian Horses, and I can't count the number of times we have received letters stating that they want to buy a Stallion or Mare we have advertised, but we would have to accept this ridiculous sum of money (3rd party check) and then send them the balance after we deduct what the horse would cost. Of course the horse wouldn't even be able to catch the check once it started to bounce. These people must think Americans are EASY and DUMB. What I have been doing of late, is waiting until I get 6 or 8 of them, then I forward them on to each other, kind of give them a taste of their own medicine. So dfar none have bounced back, and the amount of junk mail seems to be decreasing a little.
