If it has a rubber line on the fuel system somewhere that might be bad,sometimes they go bad on the inside and you cant see it.On the side of the pump that comes from the tank it might have a loose connection,pump could have some loose bolts in the housing?I know it doesnt take much for my Cummins to loose power and after a couple of weeks looking for stuff wrong I found a looose fuel line where it draws from the tank,it wasnt leaking or anything,but when I put a wrench on it it was loose,and it wouldnt hardly start,low power,tightened up the fitting and it fixed it.
