I dont know what brand of filter it actually is and I dont know how it is attached on your tractor. But I had a customer come in with something very similar to your problem on a piece of construction equipment. He had moved his air filter and attached the intake hose to the wrong port on the filter which caused oil to go the wrong way in the filter.
