Good advice for the tractor hydraulic system. However, the power steering on the Oliver 550's is a separate system, much like automobile setup. Power steering pump is driven off the back of the generator, and has a built in reservoir. Like anything else, they will build up moisture over time and need to be drained. After disconnecting a line, you need to run the steering wheel back and forth to get as much out as you can. I usually refill 2 or three times, to get as much of the moist fluid out as possible. You can't get every last bit.
