Ford 335 w/ auburn trencher - conversion help?

Does anyone know if it would be feasable to convert a ford 335 industrial tractor w/trencher to a farm tractor? It is missing the 3 point hitch. The arms that are on the body do not lift when you engage the lever. Can you make a 3 point hitch some other way? Sorry but I know nothing about tractors -- just trying to get some info. to help my husband out. -- Thanks!
