I need your alls help. I am having to trouble paying a man in Canada. I sent him a International money order and this is what he says hey i have a problem with cashing your money order, apparently we cannot cash american money orders here, i have tried on thurs the 9th. I will thenfore be sending it back to you, if u want to convert it to canadian funds would be great, if not i understand........thnx.. How can I can I pay this man. I sure do appreciate any help Thanks
