I'm assuming your Jubilee is still negative ground. Sometimes they are changed, although I don't know why. If it still is negative ground, then there should be a wire from the switch to the positive terminal on your new coil. The negative terminal should have a wire from it to the post on the distributor. Make sure your new points are set to break at 11 to 15 thousanths. This is about the thickness of a business card or a dollar bill folded in half. Also, make sure they are clean. Even though they are new, they will have a coating on them. Sand lightly with fine sandpaper or emery cloth. It could be your switch, check by turning it on after you wire your coil. With the points closed, open them with your finger and you should see a spark. It won't be big, just a little fire jumping across the break. Make sure your cap and rotor are clean, and it should run.
