Yep, it's another form of the Nigerian scam. If you ask where the tractor is, it's located abroad. You send them a down payment and they will ship the tractor, with the balance due upon receipt. Guess what, after you send the money you won't ever see the tractor. They are even starting to list some of this crap on Ebay using stolen accounts. I was interested in a sled on Ebay last week, seemed too cheap to be true. It was. I started questioning and found that the sled was located abroad and would be shipped after I wired a down payment. I reported it to Ebay and auction was quickly canceled by Ebay. I have also received emails from a 3rd party after bidding on large items similar to the one you mention. These are all scams. Remember if it sounds too good to be true, it is. Buyer beware!!
