Need Advice

Hi All, I'm currently in the process of hanging an attached 3 garage on one of my houses. The contractor has the floor laid and floated and it is curing now. He has laid down a very nice, smooth concrete floor. But, my question is this: After all the construction is done, the bills are paid, he is out of the yard and before we ever use this garage, I want to put down a floor covering of some sort. Maybe one of these epoxy type coverings? What would you recommend for durability and a good non slip, easy clean surface? Thanks in advance, Allan
