Dave, You've gotta remember that July 4, 1776, we never Declared that every man is endowed by his Creator with certain unalienable rights including life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. You've got to remember that a Supreme Court Justice never said that the power to tax is the power to destroy. You've got to remember that the 2nd Ammendment is said by "legal scholars" to only apply to states; not to individuals. You've got to remember that the interstate commerce clause in the US Constitution gives the Feds power to regulate things that cross state lines -- like wild critters. You've got to remember that there is no private property -- it all belongs to the state. Doubt that? Check your property tax bill lately. You're just renting the place. You've got to remember that old Beatles song: "Back in the USSR". Welcome home, American.
